If you can celebrate it, we can build an experience around it.
Favors are also available for any event, along with bulk succulent options if you prefer to plant your own.
Most planting experiences can also be converted into DIY kits, allowing your group to create on the go when it fits best into your schedule. This is a great option for smaller groups or for those who may not meet the mobile event minimum of $650. Minimums are dependent on distance and may be adjusted accordingly.
Each DIY kit includes everything needed for every guest to plant, with a fully disposable setup for easy cleanup. Planting tools can be included if required, and tablecloths are provided to make setup simple and stress-free.
Ready to plan your event?
All private events begin with a booking call to walk through the details that matter most—your overall vision, space and setup, event duration, guest count, pricing options, and available add-ons. This ensures everything is aligned before moving forward and allows me to build the best possible experience for your group.
To get started, please submit an inquiry with the following information:
Event type and occasion
Preferred date and time
Location and venue details
Estimated guest count
Desired experience style or budget range (if known)
Any specific themes, ideas, or must-haves
Once your inquiry is received, I will follow up to schedule your booking call and begin building out your event plan.
After our call, you will receive a detailed estimate outlining the options discussed. Adjustments can be made as needed to ensure everything fits your vision and budget. Once finalized, the estimate will be converted into an invoice and sent via email for approval and payment.
A minimum deposit of $650 is required to secure your date. This deposit locks in your event on the calendar—often the most critical step, as dates fill quickly from spring through late fall. The deposit is applied toward your total event balance and will be deducted from your final invoice. Minimums may vary slightly based on distance and overall event scope.
An event contract will be attached within your Square invoice and must be signed prior to confirmation. If paying by card, a card authorization form is also required.
The final invoice is due upon receipt once your attendee count is confirmed and materials are ready to be ordered. A confirmed guest count is required prior to ordering to ensure availability and accurate preparation.
Additional attendees may be added closer to the event and will be invoiced separately, however availability cannot be guaranteed based on supply. While this is typically not an issue, it is dependent on current inventory.
A final attendee count and cutoff date will be established, typically two weeks prior to the event unless otherwise agreed upon. Any remaining balance after final adjustments is due upon receipt of the updated invoice.
