Succulent Pumpkin season is coming to Old No. 1 Bar & Grill in Morris, MN!
Join Bloom & Thorn Botanicals | All Things Succulents, LLC on September 30 from 5:00–7:00 PM to create your own living Succulent Pumpkin.
Staggered workshop times will be available throughout the evening so you can choose a time that works for you and enjoy a relaxed evening creating your arrangement at Old No. 1.
Succulent Pumpkin season is one of my favorite times of the year, and I’m very excited to show you just how resilient succulents really are.
Choose Your Pumpkin
Each ticket includes one premium, uncut, pre-washed and pre-treated pumpkin in the size selected at registration:
- Small — $39
- Medium — $54
- Large — $74
- XL — $110
- 2 Mini Pumpkins — $55.00
The pumpkins are grown in Alexandria, MN. The exact shape, color and dimensions will vary.
Every pumpkin is washed and pre-treated before the workshop to help extend its life. The number of live succulents and decorative add-ons included increases based on the pumpkin size selected.
Your Workshop Includes
Everything needed to create your own living succulent-topped pumpkin is provided, including:
- Your selected washed and pre-treated pumpkin
- A set number of live succulents based on pumpkin size
- A set number of decorative add-ons based on pumpkin size
- Your choice of a decorative wooden tag
- Moss and all materials needed to complete your arrangement
- Step-by-step instruction
- Hands-on assistance throughout the workshop
- Care instructions to help keep your pumpkin lasting and your succulents thriving
- Transplant instructions for your succulents when pumpkin season is over
You’ll be able to make the arrangement your own by choosing your succulents, decorative add-ons and wooden tag from the available selections.
There is no carving or cutting into the pumpkin. The arrangement is created directly on top, helping the pumpkin remain intact and last as long as possible.
One of my favorite parts is that your arrangement doesn’t necessarily end with fall. Swap the artificial fall décor for winter accents as the seasons change, and your pumpkin can continue right into the holiday season as long as it remains healthy.
Once the pumpkin eventually reaches the end of its life, the succulents can be removed and transplanted to continue growing.
Registration
Advance registration is required.
Each staggered timeslot is limited to 10 tickets, so groups are encouraged to register early.
If you’re attending with friends and would all like the same pumpkin size, register as early as possible. If that size appears sold out, please reach out to me directly and I’ll see what I can do to help coordinate your group.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
Refunds are only issued if the event itself must be canceled due to circumstances outside of our control.
If a registered attendee is unable to attend because of an unforeseen circumstance, their payment may be applied as a credit toward a future Bloom & Thorn Botanicals event.
I’m looking forward to bringing Succulent Pumpkins to Old No. 1 Bar & Grill in Morris and spending another fall evening creating with all of you!
